How it works

Overview
Three steps from empty stash to your first swap:
List your stickers
Open My Stash and add Available stickers you can give away and Wanted stickers you’re chasing. Paste a list to add many at once.
Find collectors
Matches shows mutual overlap — you both have something the other wants. Market lets you browse one-way or search for a specific sticker.
Swap safely
Send a swap request, both accept, then use in-app chat to coordinate a meet-up. Mark complete when done to build your trust score.
My Stash
My Stash is your home screen. The main workflow is listing stickers — not marking all 1000 upfront.
- Available — spare copies you can give in a swap (beyond the copy you keep in your album). A new listing starts at one spare (×1).
- Wanted— stickers you're chasing.
The summary row at the top of My Stash shows three counts:
- For swap — how many different stickers you have spare to give.
- Wanted — how many different stickers you still need.
- Spare copies — your totalnumber of extra copies. For example, 3 copies of the same sticker count as 1 under “For swap” but 3 under “Spare copies”.
Use QuickAddBar to add one sticker or paste many at once. Type a code (e.g. UZB19) and press Enter when only one match appears — or tap the result / + button. On mobile, the keyboard Done key works the same way. Numeric ranges like 10-15 expand automatically in bulk paste.
Tap Full Album at the top of My Stash (or open the mobile TopBar More menu) to jump to the full album view. The secondary section below your lists does the same — mark stickers as Owned and Wanted. Use the toolbar Show pills to filter by Unmarked, Owned, Wanted, or Available (search and filters combine). Available remains managed in My Stash lists, so duplicate copy counts stay explicit.
On each Available card, use inline − / ×N / + to adjust how many spares you offer. At ×1, tap − to remove the sticker from your Available list. For stickers already in your trade list, the album grid shows a small Edit chip — use it to switch between Wanted and Available and adjust spare count the same way.
Completion % counts sticker types you have: Owned plus Available. Wanted and unmarked stickers do not count toward completion.
Matches
Matches shows collectors with mutual overlap — you both have at least one sticker the other wants.
Each card shows “Has N you want / wants M”. Country and city filters default from your match scope (see Profile & discovery) but you can widen to All Gulf or any city.
Tap Send swap request to pick stickers to offer and request.
Market
Market is for one-directional discovery — collectors who have stickers on your Wanted list, even if you have nothing they want yet.
Use sticker search to find who has a specific sticker listed as Available right now.
Tip: Matches for fair two-way trades; Market when you need one sticker urgently.
Swaps
The Swaps page has two tabs:
- Incoming — requests others sent you. Accept or decline.
- Outgoing — requests you sent. Wait for their response.
After both parties accept, in-app chat opens (18+ age confirmation and chat terms on first use). Meet in person, trade stickers, then both tap Mark complete.
WhatsApp and phone numbers are not shown — coordination stays in-app after acceptance.
Profile & discovery
Match scope sets default filters on Matches and Market:
- City — start with your city
- Country — your country (default)
- Gulf — all six GCC countries
Scope does not block incoming swap requests from outside your area — it only controls where you start browsing.
Edit scope during onboarding or anytime under Profile → Discovery preferences. Your completion ring and stats live on Profile too.
Trust & safety
- Trust score rises when both parties mark a swap complete.
- Report users or messages if something feels off — admins review reports.
- No payments — sticker swaps only. Payment-pattern messages in chat are auto-flagged.
- Suspended users may be blocked from messaging or swaps per platform policy.
FAQ
Do I need a password?
No. Enter your email on the login page, then use the 6-digit code or link we send you. There is no password to remember.
How often do I need to sign in again?
Not every day. Once signed in, you stay signed in on the same browser or device until you sign out, clear cookies, or switch devices. Email codes expire after 1 hour — that applies to the code only, not your session.
Is there a separate sign-up form?
No. Use the same login page. If you’re new, your account is created when you verify the code or link, then you complete a short setup (nickname, location, age confirmation).
What’s the difference between Available and Wanted?
Available means spare copies you’ll trade away. Wanted means gaps you’re looking for. Both power Matches and Market.
Why don’t I see any Matches?
Matches need overlap in both directions. Add more Available and Wanted listings in My Stash, or try Market for one-way finds.
Matches vs Market — which should I use?
Use Matches for fair two-way trades. Use Market to hunt a specific sticker or browse collectors who have what you want.
Do I have to mark all 1000 stickers?
No. List what you care about in My Stash. The full album view is optional for marking Owned and tracking completion %.
When can I chat with someone?
After you both accept the same swap request. Chat is in-app only — phone numbers are not shown.
How does my trust score work?
It increases when both of you mark a swap complete. Your history appears on your profile.
Can people outside my city send me swap requests?
Yes. Match scope only sets your default browse filters on Matches and Market — it does not block incoming requests.
Is Gulf Sticker Swap free?
Yes. Community-run and free — no ads.
