1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Gulf Sticker Swap(the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Fipera Trading - F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment (F.Z.E) established in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, operates Gulf Sticker Swap under the trade name Fipera.

2. Eligibility — minimum age 18

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe to belong to a person under 18.

3. The Service

Sticker Swap is a free community tool that helps collectors in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region coordinate non-commercial swaps of football stickers. The Service does not facilitate sales, payments, shipping, or escrow.

Because the Service is free and community-operated, we do not provide any service-level commitment. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service where needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You will provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person; multi-account use is grounds for suspension.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the messages, listings, nicknames and other content you post. You grant Fipera Trading - F.Z.E a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, review, moderate, and (where required by law) disclose your content for the sole purpose of operating, securing and improving the Service.

6. Prohibited uses

You will not:

(a) buy, sell, trade for money, or solicit money or any commercial consideration for stickers or for use of the Service;
(b) harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or discriminate against any person;
(c) post or transmit content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, fraudulent, deceptive, or that infringes any intellectual property or privacy right;
(d) share another person's personal data (addresses, IDs, financial information) or your own beyond what is strictly necessary to complete a swap;
(e) use the Service to coordinate any illegal activity, including the sale or trade of counterfeit, stolen, or controlled goods;
(f) attempt to bypass moderation, automated filters, age verification, or rate limits;
(g) use bots, scrapers, or automation against the Service;
(h) impersonate any person or entity, including Fipera staff.

7. Messaging

In-app messaging is available only inside a mutually-accepted swap and is strictly limited to swap logistics. Messages may be reviewed at any time for safety, moderation, or as required by law. The Service does not provide end-to-end encryption and you should not transmit information you wish to keep private from the Service operator. Messages are retained for ninety (90) days from creation (or up to one hundred eighty (180) days when associated with a report or automated safety flag), then deleted from active systems, unless retained longer under legal hold.

8. Moderation and enforcement

Fipera Trading - F.Z.E may, at its sole discretion and with or without notice: remove or hide content, warn a user, suspend an account, terminate an account, or report illegal activity to competent authorities. We aim for an initial review response within 72 hours but do not guarantee any specific response time.

9. Swaps happen at your risk

Swaps occur off-platform between two private individuals. Fipera Trading - F.Z.E is not a party to any swap, does not verify the identity, honesty, or possessions of any user, does not handle any goods or money, and accepts no liability for the conduct or outcome of any swap, including loss, damage, fraud, no-show, or injury. Trust scores are an informational signal only and are not a warranty or guarantee.

You are responsible for your own safety and judgment when communicating, meeting, shipping items, or sharing any address or contact details. Meet only in safe public places, avoid sharing unnecessary personal or financial information, and do not move a swap to external channels in a way that bypasses safety or moderation controls. We are not responsible for external communications, travel, meetups, deliveries, payments, or other off-platform conduct.

10. Reports and disputes

You may report another user or a specific message through the in-app report flow. Filing false or abusive reports may result in account suspension. Civil disputes between users are between them; Fipera Trading - F.Z.E is not an arbiter.

11. Intellectual property

Sticker Swap, the Fipera name and logo, and all software, design and content created by Fipera Trading - F.Z.E are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our written consent. The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any sticker manufacturer, football association, or tournament organiser.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. You must type your nickname to confirm. Deletion is permanent and removes your sign-in access, profile, and listings. If you have an active swap with chat open, you must complete or cancel it before deleting. See our Privacy Policy for what is removed and what may be retained without your identity.

Fipera Trading - F.Z.E may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service, users, or itself. Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15 and 18 survive termination.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fipera Trading - F.Z.E and its affiliates, directors, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Fipera Trading - F.Z.E's aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where such exclusions are not permitted, or any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold Fipera Trading - F.Z.E harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your breach of these Terms, fraud or misrepresentation, commercial or illegal use, infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights, counterfeit or stolen goods, or off-platform conduct connected with a swap you arranged through the Service.

16. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of the Emirate of Ajman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections under your local law.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified in-app at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

18. General

Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Fipera Trading - F.Z.E regarding the Service and replace any prior understanding on the subject.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect and the unenforceable provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor (for example, in a reorganisation), without reducing your rights under applicable law.
Force majeure. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of hosting, network, or third-party providers.
Notices. We may give notices in-app or by email to the address on your account. You contact us at hello@fipera.com.
Language. These Terms are published in English and Arabic. If there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version governs to the extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country.
